Let us remember this is land identical in quality to that on which the community of Boundary Bay sits, a community that itself was once farmland as well before the "myopic" council of the day allowed abhorrent developers to suburbanize it.

"Build it and they will come!" And they did. Right up to the current crop of NIMBYs who propose to moat and drawbridge the place forevermore now they are smugly settled in.

I for one will be interested to see if there's a suitable retirement floor plan I can put an early down payment on.
