British Columbians will soon be receiving ballots in the mail for the province-wide referendum on the harmonized sales tax. Finance Minister Kevin Falcon previously announced that if B.C.ers vote to keep the HST, the rate would be cut from 12 to 10 per cent by 2014. The HST took effect last year.
