Open since February, the aim of SolutionCo. is to help people use, and better understand, their smart phone.
"We just want to help people to have a higher level of satisfaction with their devices," says owner, and learning specialist, Paula Lloyd.
With the advent of the smart phone in recent years, cell phones have become so much more than just a phone.
Lloyd and her team are ready to help anyone with any aspect of their phone, from figuring out how to just make a call or sending a text message to syncing with the cloud, or taking and sending photos and video.
SolutionCo. can help anyone get the most out of their device - and maybe even save some battery power and reduce data usage too.
Lloyd says the business aims to help bridge the ever-widening communication gap. She says there is a gap in how the young and the not-so-young communicate these days and that's something she's hoping to change.

The learning specialists at SolutionCo. can help anyone - not just a smart phone neophyte.
"We're very flexible," says Jordan Davis, adding that staff tailors their language to the client.
"We make sure that we are where you are and not just dragging you along," says Lloyd. "We're really wanting people to gain a sense of confidence and competence."
Staff member Michelle Seigle, who takes care of online articling, says it's satisfying to see a customer leave the store and quickly take out their phone to start using it.

Services include: personally tailored lessons, as well as classes covering the basics for iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Windows phones.
Walk-ins are welcome and appointments can be booked online or over the phone.
