March Hare Band
The March Hare Band will be playing 1960s and ‘70s tunes at KinVillage Community Centre, 5430-10th Ave., Tsawwassen, Friday, Sept. 30. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 for members or $25 for non-members. Dinner by Chef Dias is also available for $15 per person.
Photo show reception
There will be a reception for the Give a Little Bit photography exhibition on Sept. 24 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Tsawwassen Arts Centre. The exhibit, a benefit show for the Greyhaven Exotic Bird Sanctuary, takes a look at the relationships between exotic birds and their caregivers.
Journey to the Future
ElderCollege Delta will be presenting Journey to the Future with Guy Dauncey on Saturday, Oct. 15 at 10 a.m. at Cendar Park Church in Ladner.. Dauncey has spent his life exploring and presenting possible solutions for many of the world’s major social, environmental and economic challenges.
