Brazilian artists in Tsawwassen

Brazilian artists James Kudo (left) and Selma DaffrÄ take a break from painting at Stefani Peter's Tsawwassen home studio last Thursday. The artists are spending two weeks there creating new works for an exhibit at Peter's AION Art Gallery in Vancouver (637 East 15th Ave.) on Thursday, Aug. 9, with the artists in attendance from 7 to 9 p.m. Kudo has exhibited widely in Japan, Brazil, Europe and the U.S., while DaffrÄ is an established painter and printmaker.
