Despite the rainy start, South Deltans got out to enjoy the Canada Day festivities in Ladner Village Sunday morning. Doghouse Celtic & Folk Music Band peformed at the annual gathering hosted by the Delta Museum & Archives Society, which included a pancake breakfast, crafts, other activities and contests
