The following are some of the calls the Delta police responded to in the previous week:

TSAWWASSEN

Feb. 28, 4:30 p.m., 1100-block of Ferguson Road: Complainant reported she parked her vehicle in her open parking garage and when she returned she found the front passenger window smashed and the contents stolen.

March 1, 4:20 a.m., 5500-block of 14B Street: Report received that mailboxes for six units in the complex had been pried open and mail most likely stolen. Mailboxes in an unsecured area of the premises open to the public. Complex manager and Canada Post informed.

March 5, 7:50 a.m., Underhill Drive: Complainant heard a loud sound in the middle of the night and when he looked outside his residence he did not see anyone. In the morning he found someone had thrown a rock shattering his front window. Neighbourhood canvas by police was negative.

March 6, 9:25 p.m., 1200-block of Morris Crescent: Report received that a naked male was running through the complainant's backyard. A second complainant reported the male was trying to break her front window. Police attended and found a male in his underwear with bleeding hands and legs. The male, who was experiencing hallucinations, was transported by police to hospital. Following the male being medically cleared, he was transported to police cells. Charges of mischief and obstruction recommended. Suspect released.

LADNER

March 2, 4:11 p.m., 4300-block of Arthur Drive: Complainant reported he had taken both license plates off a vehicle he sold in September and later as a result of a letter from ICBC realized the plates were now missing. Information regarding the plates added to the police database.

March 4, 4:53 p.m., 5100-block of Ladner Trunk Road: Complainant reported his wallet had been stolen in Langley and was subsequently used to make several purchases at locations in Delta. Video surveillance from the businesses requested by police in order to disseminate still photographs of a possible suspect.

March 4, 3:28 p.m., 4400-block of Clarence Taylor Crescent: Complainant reported someone hacked his personal email account and was using it to contact his financial advisor and bank in an attempt have thousands of dollars transferred to foreign account. No loss as transaction not completed. Complainant advised to check the security of all accounts in case they have been compromised.
