Last weekend I was down in Boundary Bay walking on the beach when an aggressive off-leash dog came at me. The owner was too far back and did call to her dog. After my encounter the dog also went towards an older couple just sitting in chairs enjoying the great weather.
Please people, if you know your dog has these tendencies, keep them on a leash.
This lady knew her dog did this and still let her run free.
It ruined my nice peaceful walk by the water.
