The Delta Deas Rowing Club Masters had a great showing at the recent NorthWest Regional Championships in Vancouver, Washington.
The U.S. rowing regatta is the largest and most competitive event in the Pacific Northwest, attracting rowers and clubs from throughout the West Coast.
Delta Deas won 11 medals, including four gold, six silver and a bronze.
Given that many of the clubs at this regatta were very large and well-funded American clubs, Delta's showing was no small feat.
Delta Deas is now looking forward to Cascadia, which is a large, local regatta at Burnaby Lake.
