Delta police are looking for a suspect after an armed robbery over the weekend in Ladner.

On Sunday, a man armed with a knife entered a fast food restaurant in the 5200-block of Ladner Trunk Road and demanded that staff turn over cash from the till.

Police said he fled after obtaining a relatively small amount of money.

No one was injured in the incident.

The man is described as First Nations, 18 to 23 years old with a medium build.

The incident is still under investigation.
