The Delta Agricultural Society welcomed members of the Herefordshire Farmers Association from England to a gathering at the Roddick farm on Westham Island Wednesday afternoon. The 34-member delegation farms a cumulative 20,000 acres, tending to everything from livestock to grains and vegetables. The English farmers took part in a casual discussion on farming with their Canadian counterparts and heard from provincial Agriculture Minister Don McRae.
