Maybe now that we are being represented by the governing party we can get some real attention on this tunnel nonsense.
I’d just as soon they get on with the already designed bridge, which could be in use in three years.
It’s ridiculous to do further environmental reviews, design, bidding and finally construction. What I’ve read says that could be eight to 10 years from now.
All options have been studied and environmentally assessed already. Government needs to find a way to get it in the ground ASAP.
