Richmond-based Herbaland among Canada’s fastest growing companies

A Richmond-based company is being counted among Canada’s fastest growing companies.

Herbaland, with headquarters near No. 6 Road and Knight Street, has been ranked number 52 on the annual Growth List by Canadian Business and MacLean’s Magazine, and number 157 on the list of Canada’s Top 400 Growing Companies, and

“We attribute this good news to our hard-working team and loyal customers who are just as passionate about fun and wellness as we are,” a statement posted to the company’s website reads.

In 2020, the company launched new vitamin products such as Sugar-Free Vitamin C gummies, along with a “limited edition Beauty Box,” according to the statement, with more launches planned for the rest of the year.

“This year looked a little different as we weren’t able to physically attend our scheduled tradeshows, but we quickly adapted and were able to participate digitally,” said Herbaland.

The company says it is “immensely proud” of its Growing with Gummies campaign, and hopes to deliver 10,000 nutritional gummies to children in need, through that program, by the end of 2020.

Herbaland also launched Community for Immunity during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through that initiative, the company donated 20,000 bottles of gummies to healthcare workers across Canada.

“Our hearts are full because of this recognition,” reads the statement.

“What 2021 has in store for us is more growth, more happiness and more wellness…We look forward to continuing to grow our brand and vision in 2021.”
