Kids can have their art on Port Coquitlam council's holiday cards

Kids and youth in Port Coquitlam have until Dec. 4 to submit their festive artwork to city hall.

And select pieces will be on the cover of Mayor Brad West and city council’s annual holiday cards.

The cards will be mailed to the city’s volunteers, community groups and key stakeholders as well as seniors in long-term care homes.

To qualify, the art — drawings, paintings, crafts, etc. — should include positive holiday- or winter-themed messages, sent via high-quality jpeg, png, gif or PDF format.

The cards are 5” high by 7” tall.

All entries will be posted on the city website, social media and outdoor signage during the winter break Port Coquitlam residents can also download a digital card, for free, after Dec. 9.
