Richmond Public Library is hosting a new program for families to connect and learn while being outdoors this week.
The Storytime in the Park program is an in-person event for families to help their kids build early literacy skills and meet other kids and parents.
Participants can expect songs, stories, rhymes and more.
Pre-registration for the program is required as physical distancing and capacity limits will be in place.
The program will take place on Sept. 17, Sept. 24 and Oct. 1 from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Minoru Park.
