File RCMP reports from Bowen Island and Squamish online

It won’t replace 911 but folks on Bowen Island and Squamish can make non-emergency RCMP reports online.

It won’t replace 911 but folks on Bowen Island and Squamish can make non-emergency RCMP reports online.

One can report online:

  • Lost or stolen items under $5,000 (other than personal identity, firearms, licence plates/decals)
  • Property damage or vandalism that will cost less than $5,000 to repair
  • A driving complaint that is not in progress
  • Crimes that have happened within the jurisdiction of the Squamish RCMP or Bowen Island RCMP

To file a report one needs to provide an address, phone number and valid email address said the media release.

Bowen Islanders can file reports here and Squamish residents can file here.

The process should take about 15 minutes said the release.
