The Delta Museum Archives Society's newest public program -Mystery in the Museum is on until March 27! Someone has robbed the Mc Mc store in Ladner (yikes!) and we need a good detective to solve the crime. Cost is $5 per kit. Drop in or pre-registration welcome. Canadian Mental Health Association Delta offers an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Group for individuals with OCD and/or friends and family. Ladner Lawn Bowling Club (opposite McKee Seniors Recreation Centre) is holding an Open House on Saturday, April 11 from 10 am to 4 pm. Visit us on Saturday to learn the basics of lawn bowling and throw a few bowls. New members are always welcome.

The Heart and Stroke Foundation requires your help in bringing the "Living with Stroke Program" to South Delta. We require volunteer facilitators to provide this program designed to help stroke survivors adapt and adjust to being back in the community. LWS encourages successful recovery. Training is provided. The Delta Concert Band will be performing numbers highlighting the music for their upcoming tour in Europe. Saturday, March 28, 2:30 to 3:30 at the KinVillage Community Centre, 5430-10th Ave., Tsawwassen. Admission is by donation.

The Delta Music Makers Community Concert Band is looking for new members. This Band rehearses on Tuesday evenings at Delta Secondary School and is conducted by Curt Jantzen and Margaret Behenna. The new term begins on Tuesday, March 31. Please email Jantzen at cjband@telus.net. We are particularly in need of clarinet or tuba players, but all instruments are welcome except for saxophones and flutes as we already have a full complement.
