Here’s a look back at the Ladner Arms Hotel.
The hotel and its drinking establishment saw numerous owners and managers over the years before closing permanently. It also had the Grail nightclub as a final feature.
Delta council agreed to a rezoning to allow a new brew pub at the location but nobody was interested in setting up such a business there.
The redeveloped site is now home to a Telus store.
