Ladner throwback: Eating at the Drumstick

Let's do another throwback and head back to a place that had been an eatery many years on Ladner Trunk Road.

The above photo shows the dining room of the Drumstick restaurant in the early 1960s. It was also a drive-in with a pick up window.

The ad below shows that it later it became The Port of Call. 

The last eateries at the site, which was converted into housing a few years ago, included the Hong King Inn and Oki Doki Japanese restaurant.
