Rotarians present A Gift of Light this afternoon

Tsawwassen’s Diefenbaker Park will be transformed into a beautiful light display to celebrate the holiday season on Sunday afternoon. The Rotary Club of Tsawwassen presents its annual A Gift of Light from 3 to 5 p.m.

Santa will be arriving in a Delta fire truck and you will be able to walk down Candy Cane Lane to get you picture taken with St. Nick at the Gift of Light event this afternoon at Diefenbaker Park.

Tsawwassen’s Diefenbaker Park will be transformed into a beautiful light display to celebrate the holiday season on Sunday afternoon.

The Rotary Club of Tsawwassen presents its annual A Gift of Light from 3 to 5 p.m. More than 40 trees will be lit up with 25,000 lights in a spectacular display.

The event is more than just lights and will include entertainment on the main stage, cookie decorating, a special mailbox for children to send letters to Santa, face painters, balloon artist, marshmallow roasting and horse drawn carriage rides.

Santa will be arriving in a Delta fire truck and you will be able to walk down Candy Cane Lane to get you picture taken with St. Nick.

The Rotary Club of Tsawwassen will be accepting donations of dry goods for the South Delta Food Bank.
