The Trilogy Brass Trio features Rich Mingus (French horn), Ray Kirkham (trumpet) and Gordon Cherry (trombone). The trio of professional musicians will entertain as well as answer questions about brass instruments.

Is the French horn really French? Do trumpets come in many sizes? How far can a trombone stretch?

Those in attendance will hear many tunes from the classics as well as jazz and pop music, watch a brass instrument being made and demonstrated, and listen to an ancient Jewish trumpet ring out.

Pre-registration is required at the reception desk of KinVillage Community Centre, 5430-10th Ave., Tsawwassen.

Call ElderCollege at 604-943-0262 or KinVillage at 604-943-0225 for more details.
