Your Amazing Kidneys - Master Chemists in Your Body will be held on Thursday, March 21 from 2: 30 to 3: 15 p.m.

In recognition of Kidney Health Month, the Tsawwassen Library welcomes Lois Wilson, chapter president of the Kidney Foundation, Fraser Health Region. Learn how your kidneys work, the stages of kidney disease and the signs and symptoms to watch for. Wilson will discuss the risk factors and what to do if you have one or more of them.

Author Sandra Yuen MacKay visits the Tsawwassen Library to discuss her book, My Schizophrenic Life: The Road to Recovery from Mental Illness, on Thursday, April 4 from 7 to 8: 30 p.m.

She will read from her book and raise awareness of mental health issues as she describes her struggle with mental illness.
