Ladner filmmaker Jason Mills will premiere his movie They Came from the Attic at the Rio Theatre in Vancouver tonight.
The independent horror film stars Nicola Elbro as Jen Hooper, a young woman convinced her family's new dream home is turning into a nightmare.
A portion of all ticket sales will be donated to the B.C. Children's Hospital Foundation. There will be a door prize, and every person who buys a ticket is entered. There will be a 50/50 draw, merchandise for sale and Halloween treats.
The premiere is set for 7 p.m. at the Rio Theatre, 1660 East Broadway.
