Programs and services include developmental assessments, preschools, therapies, autism intervention programs, youth social programs, and family support and education.

The organization is raising $4 million to build a 20,000-square-foot child development centre on the edge of Memorial Park to provide increased access and more space for Reach's programs to better meet the needs of more than 3,000 children with special needs in this community.
