Service clubs get together to go back in time for annual dance

Lions and Kiwanis to host Rock and Roll Revival this spring at KinVillage

Two South Delta service clubs have decided to join forces this spring to raise money for the youth of Delta.

The Tsawwassen Boundary Bay Lions Club and the Kiwanis Club of Ladner, Tsawwassen are enthused about working together to put on the Rock and Roll Revival Dinner and Dance.

Featuring the classic rock sounds of Time Machine, the annual dance has proven popular in the past and is likely to be a sell out again this year.

Tickets are $45 per person.

The event, which will include a buffet dinner from Urban Village Catering, cash bar, prizes, silent auction and more, is set for Saturday, April 28 at the KinVillage Recreation Centre, 5430-10th Ave., Tsawwassen. Doors open at 5: 45 p.m.

It will raise money to provide programming for youngsters between the ages of 10 and 17.
