The buzz around town is that the much-anticipated KinVillage Luncheon & Fashion Show is back after a two-year pandemic related hiatus!
There is lots of activity in the hive with worker bees buzzing about under the direction of Queen Bee Margaret Ryding. The theme for this year is spring time in Paris and this is a show you won’t want to miss.
Spring time fashions from the Unique Boutique will come to life on the runway, with eight models of varying shapes and sizes displaying four outfits each. You’ll see everything from casual to formal attire. Be ready to be wowed with the selection of clothing, all of which will be for sale following the event.
The Community Centre will be transformed into a feast for the eyes with spring time colours and blossoms, while Chef Adrian provides a gastronomic feast.
The Fashion and Show and Luncheon will take place on Tuesday, May 31st. The timing lends itself well to a fabulous Mother’s Day gift to give your Mum something special to look forward to, or gather your friends for a fun girl’s day activity. There will be a photo booth with bonnets and boas to spruce up your outfit. To purchase tickets, please stop by the KinVillage Community Centre (5430 10th Ave., Tsawwassen) or call 604-943-0225 to purchase by credit card. Tickets are $23 for KinVillage Community Centre members and $26 for non-members.

The Unique Boutique is a stylish shop located inside the KinVillage Community Centre where quality gently worn women’s clothing and accessories are available at fabulous prices. What treasures will you find in the ever-changing inventory? Open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. and the first Saturday of the month. The Boutique will have extended hours following the Fashion Show.
