Stroke Recovery Association pilots music therapy course

The Delta branch of the Stroke Recovery Association of B.C. is piloting a music therapy course throughout November. Two sessions between 10: 30 a.m. and 12: 30 p.m. are taking place on Thursdays at the Delta Community Music School in Ladner.

The Delta Hospital Foundation recently received a $4,000 donation from the Tsawwassen Legion to help to purchase two Holter monitors. The specialized equipment will allow residents of Delta to be monitored for heart disease in their own community.
