Jay Havens tells Onoria Sanchez about his latest project, a giant heron made primarily of plastic grocery bags. Havens, an aboriginal artist, visited the Tsawwassen Library last weekend as part of the Fraser Valley Regional Library’s aboriginal artists in residence program to mark Aboriginal History Month.
