Cadets claim top spot in provincial competition

Cadets from the Ladner-Tsawwassen Navy League Cadet Corps Henry Roberts were presented with the first place trophy and pennant last month after a year-long competition.

Cadets from the Ladner-Tsawwassen Navy League Cadet Corps Henry Roberts were presented with the first place trophy and pennant last month after a year-long competition. The corps, which meets upstairs at the Ladner Legion, competed against other Navy League Cadet Corps from as far away as Vernon and Prince George. Each corps was marked on officer and cadet appearance, cadet attendance, quality and variety of programming, and participation in activities, community events and community service. The corps celebrated with an evening of cake and games.
