River Bend Bella Coola, by artist Monica Burrow, is on display at Gallery 1710's latest show Turning Over a New Leaf.

Turning Over a New Leaf is the new show ongoing until Nov. 8 at Gallery 1710 in Tsawwassen.

To comply with COVID-19, there are reduced hours to see the show - Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.  Online is also an easy way to view the collection accessed at: www.southdeltaartistsguild.com.

There are many standouts that would be an asset to anyone’s décor.

Maryellen Bullock’s painting Evening Arrival is one lovely example. It is a show full of surprises with a good participation by many of our terrific artists.

We have laid out a viewing path to follow around the gallery, and we limit the number of viewers to ensure safety. We ask you to leave contact information so we are well able to keep track of our patrons. New members are always welcome as online classes continue at the Guild.

Our second annual fundraiser termed Artfully Anonymous is an online event this year.

Our artists submit a 10” X 10” acrylic, watercolor or pastel painting. These paintings are unsigned, but wired and ready to hang. They are prices at $100 each, with tax included – payable by credit card on a first come, first served basis.

The sale goes online at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10 and runs until Oct. 18 until midnight or while quantities last. Shipping can be arranged if you are unable to come to the gallery.

The pictures can be found at: www.southdeltaartistsguild.com, with a click on Artfully Anonymous. The artist will be identified when the painting is yours. What a great way to start your Christmas shopping!

You can visit the gallery at 1710 56th Street beside the South Delta Recreation Centre.
