Dave Stevens and Diane Reid Stevens will launch their third alphabet book, Eccentric Earthlings A-Z, on Sunday, Nov. 4 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the George Mackie Library in North Delta.
Their first book, Weirdly Wonderful A-Z presents water creatures and Amazing Airborne A-Z describes and illustrates flying creatures and Eccentric Earthlings A-Z continues the theme with an array of intriguing land creatures. All the books combine cartoon illustrations with facts and realistic drawings.
Diane Reid Stevens, a writer and semi-retired English teacher, and Dave Stevens, an artist and retired art teacher, enjoy collaborating and producing books for children.
Copies of the books will be available for purchase and signing. All ages are welcome.
