Reach preschool children had a surprise visitor on their first day back at class after spring break. Coun. Lois Jackson came to visit at snack time after receiving a tour of her namesake children’s centre. The Lois E. Jackson Kinsmen Centre for Children in Ladner is the home of Reach Child and Youth Development Society and delivers programs and services to more than 1,000 families every year.
