Reach to benefit from McHappy Day TV raffle

In advance of this year’s McHappy Day in South Delta, a TV raffle has been launched to benefit Reach Child and Youth Development Society.

Steve Krawchuk, owner-operator of the McDonald’s locations in Ladner and Tsawwassen, and Kristin Bibbs, Reach’s development manager, came together to kick off the raffle that will see one 4K ultra high definition 65-inch TV awarded at each South Delta restaurant on McHappy Day.

Tickets, at $5 each, are on sale now at Ladner and Tsawwassen McDonald’s restaurants and at the Reach Centre for Children, 5050-47th Ave., Ladner.

Chances of winning the raffle are one in 2,000 and you must be 13 or older to buy a ticket.

Reach, which serves children and youth with any type of developmental disability, will once again be the beneficiary of McHappy Day in South Delta, which will be held on Wednesday, May 8.

Over 1,000 children and their families benefit from Reach’s services on an annual basis.
