The Tsawwassen Rotary Club is set to light up Diefenbaker Park again this year.

Everyone in Tsawwassen is invited to a Festive Light Up of Diefenbaker Park next Saturday afternoon.

Members of the Rotary Club of Tsawwassen have hung thousands of lights at the 1st Avenue park and will turn them on for the holiday season at an event set to run from 4 to 5 p.m.

Free family fun, hot chocolate, carol singing and a big cheer to turn on the lights will highlight the event that helps mark the beginning of the Christmas season.

Rotarians, assisted by Bartlett Tree Services, used the cheerful sunlight of last Saturday morning to prepare for the annual lighting of the park.
