Spooky displays for all to enjoy

A few South Delta residents are going all out again this Halloween to ensure lots of spooky and scary fun for all to enjoy.

Peter Rogal is transforming his Bayview Drive home in Tsawwassen with 150 carved and lit pumpkins, animatronic figures such as witches, spiders and Jack Skellington. As well he creates a graveyard and a pumpkin “murder” scene.  And then of course there are spider webs, all sorts of other Halloween appropriate figures throughout and spooky music plays most of the night.

The display will be out on Oct. 31 and will be up until Nov. 3. Be sure to check it out – if you dare – at 1097 Bayview Drive in Tsawwassen.

Another display to check out is Pat McGregor’s at 6007 Crescent Drive in East Ladner.

This is her 23rd year of her Halloween display, which this year has a haunted hospital and assorted haunted goodies on display.

She opened her creation on Oct. 23 and it will run daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (weather permitting) until Halloween.
