St. Andrew’s Church hosts conference on the power of forgiveness

St. Andrew's Church will be hosting a workshop next month that will focus on the healing of past hurts through God's grace and mercy. The workshop will be held at the Tsawwassen Alliance Church hall on Saturday, Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

St. Andrew's Church will be hosting a workshop next month that will focus on the healing of past hurts through God's grace and mercy.

The workshop will be held at the Tsawwassen Alliance Church hall on Saturday, Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

It will focus on trusting Jesus to bring healing, restoration, forgiveness, wholeness, peace and health into our lives.

The workshop agenda will provide four teaching sessions, two testimonies from individuals who have found freedom of past hurts through inner healing, two workshops for those seeking inner healing, lunch/coffee and materials.

The workshop teacher will be Susan Rivers, who has a diploma in Christian studies from Regent College, has completed courses from the Rita Bennett School of Inner Healing and has taught about inner healing in Japan, across Canada and in the north.

Trained leaders from St. Andrew’s Church will host the workshops. Registration fee is $15 (early bird rate until Oct. 15); $20 from Oct. 16 and at the door. Register online at [email protected] or by calling 604-908-8735.
