Eight of the 19 homes included in this year’s Homebuilders Association Vancouver’s HAVAN Parade of Homes are located in South Delta.

The 26th annual event, which takes place on Sunday, June 9 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., features seven homes in Tsawwassen and one in Ladner. Homes in Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and Port Moody are also included in the self-guided tour.

The Parade of Homes provides the opportunity to see the latest design build trends, interact directly with professional builders, renovators and designers, and ask about the process.

“Our builders and designers are showcasing an amazing array of inspiring homes on the parade this year, including a new single-family development custom home, luxurious duplex, award-winning laneway, the rezoning of two city lots into five custom homes, and a wide variety of custom renovation solutions,” said HAVAN CEO Ron Rapp.

Admission to the Parade of Homes is free with an encouraged donation of $10 per family (collected at the first home visited) to help support the purchase of tools, building materials and safety gear for a carpentry training program offered by Lower Mainland secondary schools.
