Update: Richmond’s first sunflower festival releases ticket prices and times

Ticket prices and time slots have been released and are available for purchase from Richmond’s Sunflower Festival website. Time slots are every two hours between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Ticket prices and time slots have been released and are available for purchase from Richmond’s Sunflower Festival website.

Time slots are every two hours between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. with admission prices as follows:

  • Weekday - $8 plus tax per person
     
  • Weekend - $15 plus tax per person

Children under three are free.

The sunflower festival is set to open this weekend on Aug. 3.

Visitors can enjoy over 20 different types of sunflowers and dahlias spread throughout 8 acres of land from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Cool drinks and ice cream will be sold on-site by vendors, with food trucks making their appearances only on the weekend.

Other highlights at the festival include a beer and wine garden, yard games, performances and many photo opportunities.

Fresh-cut flowers will also be available for purchase.

The event is scheduled to open from Aug. 3 to Sept. 15 at Richmond Country Farm - 12900 Steveston Highway, Richmond.
