Five long-standing members of the South Delta Artists Guild presents Colouring our Future in Art the next art exhibition at Gallery 1710 in Tsawwassen.

During the very long COVID period, these artists were pretty much house bound. With that, they found inspiration to create through art hoping to ‘Colour the Future’ with hopes of brighter days ahead.

Their original art showcases a vast array of art styles and subject matter including wildlife, portraiture, still life, and landscape. Mediums include pastel, watercolour and acrylic.

The artists are: Catherine Sheppard, Menchu Abel, Lorna Wladichuk, Sharee Reynolds and Mary Ellen Bullock.

During the two-week exhibition, there will be some art giveaways.

Be sure to visit this show which starts on Nov. 4 and runs until Nov. 14. You can see the show at Gallery 1710 Thursdays to Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.

The Gallery is located at 1710 56th Street in Tsawwassen beside the South Delta Recreation Centre.
