First workshop of the new season for Delta Photo Club

Delta Photo Club presents its first workshop of the 2021/22 season with “Take the Mystery Out of Outdoor Portraiture” by Greg Schurman.

Learn the fundamentals of posing small and large groups as well as the art of lighting with fill flash, reflectors, diffusers and balancing natural light in any location.

Schurman will demonstrate the ease of getting all those great outdoor captures whether it be a large family or individuals.

The workshop is Wednesday, Sept. 15 from 7:30 to p.m. open to all club members as well as guests at no charge.

Once again, due to COVID health and safety protocols, the workshop is online through Zoom with a link sent to those who have pre-registered, the afternoon of Sept. 15.

Schurman was named BC Photographer of the Year by the Professional Photographers of BC many times. He received numerous National Accreditations from the Professional Photographers of Canada and has won PPOC’s Commercial Photographer of the Year award. He earned the top award in Commercial, Portrait, and Weddings in the National Fuji Awards and he has represented Canada in the World Photographic Cup.
