Let experts show you how to get the most from your garden in a sustainable and environmentally responsible way.
Learn how to compost in your backyard, grow in cold weather, build a lowmaintenance garden, keep a healthy and pesticide free lawn, control pests and invasive plants, preserve your harvest, save seeds for next year, and plant native plants and grasses in your garden.
Summer workshops are now underway at the McKitrick Garden and Sungod Recreation Centre in North Delta.
The workshops are free, but space is limited and registration is required.
