Libraries offering entertainment on next Pro-D Day

Children in primary grades and their parent/ caregiver(s) are invited to drop by their local library on Friday, Oct. 21 for some non-instructional day fun. Special entertainment has been planned that will definitely delight everyone attending.

Salsa Kids will get kids playing games, singing songs and dancing along to their unique salsa beat at the Tsawwassen Library.

Kids will experiment with tempo and rhythm, learn the basic steps to popular Latin dances and have lots of fun using their imagination.

Knowledge of different cultures and genres of music is explored and an introduction to Spanish vocabulary is encouraged through song, dance and celebration.

At the Ladner Pioneer Library, let Mad Science de-mystify the magic and science of air pressure in Up, up, and away.

Join Chris Hamilton at the George Mackie Library for action-packed family tunes. You'll be movin' and groovin' as Hamilton celebrates the silly side of modern childhood with catchy, original songs that parents love too.
