Delta council recently approved a development permit application for exterior and interior renovations to the retail space currently occupied by Zellers at the Scottsdale Centre in North Delta. The renovations will be part of the conversion of the store into a Target. Delta planning staff said the renovations would improve Scottsdale Centre and contribute towards revitalization of Scott Road. Target recently launched the first phase of a massive recruitment campaign as the company looks to hire an estimated 2,500 people across the province before stores open in 2013.
