The Delta Chamber of Commerce on its website posted information from the Canadian Chamber of Commerce to help businesses prepare for and manage through a potential COVID-19 escalation in Canada.

The Canadian Chamber developed the guide source from a number of best practice documents and designed to assist business planning and continuity efforts.

It can be found here - https://www.deltachamber.ca/businessresources.html

Meanwhile, concerned about the impacts to businesses and employees, the British Columbia Economic Development Association has also gathered information on its website - https://www.bceda.ca/docs/Planning_for_Coronavirus-A_guide_for_businesses_and_organizations.pdf  - which, among other things, notes local governments should consider the possibilities in disruptions in permitting, issuing business licenses, mailing tax invoices, utility management, and other operations.

The BCEDA also gathered information on workplace and employer resources and suggestions - https://www.bceda.ca/docs/Coronavirus-Workplace_and_Employer_Resources_and_Suggestions.pdf
