The Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Awards for Housing Excellence, presented by FortisBC, have announced their 2022 finalists.
The Finalists' Reveal themed ‘Night at the Movies’ in Coquitlam brought together HAVAN Award entrants as the stars of the silver screen for a fun and casual event to celebrate members' incredible work and offer the first premier in-person event since the onset of the pandemic.
“It’s great to be able to gather in-person once again. The movie theatre built for safe entertainment was the perfect place to launch our first major in-person event,” said HAVAN CEO Ron Rapp.
Capturing the very in best new-home construction, renovation and design projects in Metro Vancouver, the HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence highlights the accomplishments of Metro Vancouver’s homebuilding industry showcasing everything from sublime, custom-built homes, to opulent whole-home renovations, to premier production homes and resort-inspired outdoor spaces, to state-of-the-art smart kitchens.
This year, 86 builders and designers have secured 233 finalist awards, and are now vying for the 61 category wins. A premier industry-recognized awards program, now in its 13th year, selects finalists through a rigorous judging process, by a peer-reviewed panel of award-winning builders, renovators, and designers from across the country.
