The Pearson family purchased their vacation property ‘Edgewood’ at Boundary Bay in 1896. The property was approximately where Meredith Place is now located. The families that owned the neighbouring lots included the Corbould, Drew, Meredith, Major and Kirkland families.Delta Archives
