Let’s take look back at Ladner Village in the 1970’s.

Here’s 48th Avenue at Delta Street looking north toward Chisholm Street.

The City of Delta next month is launching its Ladner Waterfront Redevelopment Strategy project and the Ladner Village Official Community Plan Update project, which could pave the way for substantial changes for the village. Both will involve community consultation.
