KinVillage has ‘Decked the Halls’ with generous Christmas decoration donations from the community, making the care home merry and bright for those who live and work there.
With the challenges of 2020 and the limited contact with family and friends, the staff at KinVillage wanted to bring joy to the residents in whatever way they could.
“When the call was put out requesting donations for Christmas decorations, the community came through in a big way,” said KinVillage spokesperson Sue Satterthwaite. “The courtyards have been lit up with hundreds of lights and decorations, a winter village, Santa, and reindeer, making it a glittering wonderland. We’d like to thank the community for helping make this holiday season merry and bright for the residents and staff of KinVillage!”
