Expect heavy delays heading south through the George Massey Tunnel.
According to B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, lighting went out halfway through the tunnel.
The right lane was closed this morning as crews undertook an assessment and conducted electrical work.
They wrapped up shortly before 11:30 a.m. but drivers are advised to still expect heavy delays for a while.
