At approximately 10:30 am on December 12, Powell River RCMP responded to a disturbance in the 4900 block of Ontario Avenue.
A resident reported that a male was causing a disturbance and scaring the neighbours. When asked to leave, the male threatened to kill the resident.
The threat was witnessed by a neighbour who then observed the same male kick the resident’s vehicle, causing a dent.
The male was arrested for uttering threats and mischief, and released on conditions to appear in provincial court.
